Ray Allen is now a member of the Boston Celtics as the trade is official. Delonte West, Jeff Green and Wally Szczerbiak are headed to Seatlle. Stay tuned for reaction from Mike Gorman, Tommy Heinsohn, and the rest of the crew here at the Garden.

Lots of rumors flying around here...some say the Allen trade to Seattle is 75% going to happen....some say if Swift isn't invloved...no deal. We will try to dig up some more news shortly. 

5:42pm The TD Banknorth Garden

Our first entry here at the Garden and the big buzz surrounds CNNSI.com's Iam Thomsen reporting that the Boston-Seattle trade has gained some steam. The reported deal would look something like this:

   Celtics Get:
    Ray Allen
    Robert Swift

  Sonics Get:
    5th Pick
    Rajon Rondo or Delonte West
    Wally Szczerbiak

The hold-up apparently is the Celtics not wanting to give up Rondo and the Sonics not wannting to trade Swift. We will see how this turns out.
